A Place That Feels Like Home, Because It Is
Oakridge provides warm, personalised elderly care in Singapore — shaped around each resident's life, not the other way around.
How We Care for Your Loved Ones
Every family's situation is different. Our services are designed to meet you where you are — whether you need long-term support, a short stay, or a friendly social space.
Personalised Residential Living
A long-term care programme built around the principle that every person's needs and preferences are different. Before moving in, each prospective resident and their family participate in an in-depth conversation about daily habits, cultural practices, dietary customs, and health requirements.

Whether you're exploring long-term options, considering a short respite stay, or looking for social engagement for a parent or grandparent — we're here to talk it through with you, at your own pace.
What Makes Oakridge Different
We built Oakridge around a simple idea — care should be personal, unhurried, and rooted in respect.
Person-Centred Approach
Every care plan starts with listening. We ask about preferences, routines, and the small details that make daily life comfortable.
Culturally Thoughtful Dining
Our kitchen prepares meals that respect Singapore's rich food heritage — Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Peranakan options available daily.
Consistent Staff Relationships
We keep staff rotations stable so residents see familiar faces — building trust and genuine friendship over time.
Calm, Green Setting
Located along Upper Bukit Timah, our home is surrounded by greenery — a quiet, restful environment away from the city bustle.
Safety & Wellbeing
Round-the-clock care staff, fall prevention measures, and regular health monitoring keep every resident safe and well supported.
Family Involvement
We welcome families as partners in care. Open visiting, regular updates, and family-included activities are part of daily life here.
Questions Families Often Ask
We understand this is a significant decision. Here are answers to some of the things families commonly want to know.
How do I know if residential care is the right choice for my parent?
There's no single right answer — it depends on your family's circumstances, your parent's needs, and how much support is available at home. We encourage families to visit us, talk with our care team, and take the time they need to decide. There is no pressure. Many families find it helpful to start with a short respite stay so their loved one can experience the environment before committing to anything longer.
What does a typical day look like for residents?
Mornings begin gently with breakfast choices and personal care support as needed. The day includes social activities, exercise options, and quiet time — all flexible. Meals are served family-style with culturally diverse menus. Afternoons might include a Tea & Talk session, gardening, craft activities, or simply relaxing in the communal areas. Residents shape their own routines, and no one is required to participate in anything they don't wish to.
Can I visit my family member at any time?
Yes. We maintain open visiting hours throughout the day. We simply ask that visitors be mindful of mealtimes and rest periods. Family members are also welcome to join community activities, share meals with residents, and participate in festive celebrations. We see families as an essential part of our community, not guests to be scheduled.
What if my parent has specific dietary or cultural needs?
This is something we discuss before admission and take seriously throughout the stay. Our kitchen accommodates halal, vegetarian, diabetic-friendly, and texture-modified diets. We also respect religious observances and cultural practices — from prayer times to festival traditions. If there's something we haven't encountered before, we'll work with the family to understand and accommodate it.
